• 30% revenue share thereafter

Cookie Duration
Cookies are valid for 60 days from the initial click-through date.

Payout Threshold
A minimum payout threshold of £50 applies. Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, subject to meeting this threshold.

Creative Materials
We'll provide you with access to an extensive library of promotional materials, including banners, videos, and content for your website or social media channels.

Marketing Restrictions

• No spamming, emailing, or any other form of unsolicited advertising.
• No affiliate code sharing on public websites, forums, or blogs.
• No affiliation with competitors' networks without prior approval from Spinathlon Casino management.

Tracking and Reporting
Affiliate earnings will be tracked via our proprietary system. You'll have access to real-time reporting and analytics through your unique login portal.

Commission Payments

• Payments are made in £ via bank transfer or PayPal, depending on the affiliate's preference.
• Invoicing occurs between the 1st and 5th of each month for commissions earned during the previous calendar period.

Termination
Spinathlon Casino reserves the right to terminate this partnership at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights granted under this agreement will automatically cease.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from its interpretation or breach will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Maltese law.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to abide by our policies and guidelines as outlined within this document.

Acceptance

I accept the Spinathlon Casino Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations. I understand that my participation is subject to review and approval at any time, and may be terminated without notice if deemed necessary.

Note: Failure to comply with these terms and conditions or engage in prohibited activities will result in account suspension or termination, including withholding of affiliate commissions.
